Accounts and viewing
Use an email you control and keep your sign-in codes private. Access is for personal, noncommercial viewing. Do not share account credentials, redistribute content, bypass access controls, or misuse the service. Movie purchases provide access to the stated title, not ownership of its copyright. Availability and included content are shown on the title and checkout pages; samples and trailers are labeled separately from full movies.
Membership prices and automatic renewal
Memberships are $99.99 annually, $39.99 monthly, $9.90 weekly, or $3.99 daily, in US dollars, plus applicable taxes shown at checkout. Every plan, including daily and weekly plans, renews automatically at its billing interval until canceled. A free account does not authorize a charge. Review the selected price, renewal interval, and access before authorizing payment in Stripe. Paid access begins after successful payment verification. Individual movie purchases are separate from membership unless the title explicitly states it is included.
Cancel future billing
Open My account → Membership & billing → Cancel future renewals and complete the Stripe confirmation. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent the next charge. Access normally continues through the paid period. If you cannot use the billing controls, contact us for help. Closing checkout, unsubscribing from newsletters, or leaving the website does not cancel a membership. Verified account deletion includes stopping future membership billing.
Refunds
We refund duplicate charges and purchases that cannot be accessed. Otherwise, payments are nonrefundable after viewing begins, except where applicable law requires a refund. Cancellation alone does not refund prior payments. See our refund policy for requesting review.
Content, rights, and service issues
Respect creators’ rights. Do not copy, distribute, or commercially exhibit content without authorization. Report unauthorized content, account access, playback issues, or billing errors through Contact Us. We may restrict access for fraud, rights violations, or misuse. If a paid purchase cannot be accessed, our refund policy applies.
Privacy, creators, and updates
Our privacy policy explains information processing, and our creator distribution terms govern participating creators alongside their accepted account-specific terms. Material changes will be communicated before they apply to future transactions; changes do not retroactively alter recorded earnings or override rights required by law.
