When we refund
Capri Shortz, Inc. refunds duplicate charges and purchases that cannot be accessed. Otherwise, payments are nonrefundable after viewing begins, except where applicable law requires a refund. This applies to memberships and individual movie purchases. If viewing has not begun, contact us for review; this does not create an automatic refund entitlement.
How to request a refund
Use Contact Us — Membership & billing or email info@caprishortz.com. Provide your account email, purchase date, title or membership plan, invoice reference, and a description of the issue. Never send card numbers, passwords, or sign-in codes. We verify the transaction and access issue before deciding the request and notify you of the result.
Approved refunds and cancellation
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears. A refund may remove the corresponding paid access. Requesting a refund does not itself stop future renewals: cancel in My account → Membership & billing, or ask us for cancellation help. We honor applicable consumer rights.
