Who can apply?
Independent filmmakers, production companies, and creators with the rights to distribute their work can apply. Tell us about your completed films or short drama series so we can review the fit for Capri Shortz.
Do I need a paid viewer membership?
No. Creating a creator account and submitting your application do not require a paid viewer membership. Creator approval and your distribution terms are handled separately.
Can I use my existing Capri Shortz account?
Yes. Use the same verified email on the creator sign-in page, then complete your provider application. A viewer account does not automatically grant creator or admin access.
Can I submit a series or a film in another language?
Tell us about your series or international film in your application. Include the language when preparing each submission. Contact our team to coordinate episode organization, subtitles, and any release requirements before uploading a full series.
Can I submit work made with AI?
Tell us how AI was used when introducing your project. You still need the rights and permissions to distribute the film and its included voices, likenesses, artwork, and music. Every submission goes through review.
Does uploading publish my movie?
No. Uploads are private drafts. You choose when to submit them for review, and only the admin team can approve publication. Account approval and movie approval are separate steps.
Who sets my revenue percentage?
Capri Shortz sets a proposed company commission for your account. Your remaining share and the current terms are shown in your dashboard for you to accept. Updated revenue terms require your acceptance again. There is no single percentage promised to every creator.
When can I start earning and receive payouts?
Creator revenue processing, individual movie purchases, and payouts are not active yet. You can apply and prepare approved submissions now. Paid distribution requires activation and agreed payment terms; no earnings or payout date is guaranteed.
What happens if changes are requested?
Your dashboard shows the review status and feedback. Update your draft and submit it again. If you need help with an application or release, contact info@caprishortz.com.
