The story

Linh, Amara, and Katya leave their home countries to marry American men they have come to know through messages, video calls, and visits. Once the weddings are over, the couples must build real lives together in America. Family expectations, money, homesickness, and different ideas about marriage create friction—and unexpected intimacy. The women form a friendship that helps each of them find her voice in a new country.

Season one
